System 60 TI
The system is intended for the manufacture of thermally insulated windows and doors with one or more leaves. Thermal insulation is implemented by inserting two polyamide strips 24mm wide reinforced with fiberglass. The filling can be an insulating glass unit, aluminum lining, or a sandwich panel. The filling thickness is up to 42 mm.

Application
Use: This system allows implementing: windows, casement doors, thermal break doors with one or more casement frames. With the full range of accessories it is possible to implement hopper, horizontal pivoted, tilt-and-turn windows.
The sections belong to DIN 4108 Class, group 2.1.
The drainage system
The large pre-chamber positioned before the central gasket
collects water and facilitates its evacuation to the outside.
Insulation
The internal and external profiles are connected with insulating material battens to reduce heat conductivity.
The internal wedge-shaped gasket maintains the right pressure between the glass and the external gasket.
The central gasket of the open-drained joint located in a sheltered position, delimits a large-sized pre-chamber. This ensures excellent seal under heavy conditions also.
